Hard Earned is invite-only. Your word is what gets a graduate or member in. We review every vouch by hand, then send them an invite that names you and your program as their voucher.

• They need to know you are submitting their name.
• Say what you can truly vouch for: attendance, skill, attitude.
• Vouch only for people you would hire yourself.
