Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free with no card required. It includes one active job post, standard search, five introduction requests a month and the compliance coach on every post.
How does the 60-day free trial work?
Every new employer gets 60 days of any paid plan free when they start a subscription. It runs on the calendar, so you aren't charged until the 60 days are up, and you can cancel before then.
Do I pay when I hire someone?
Never. Hard Earned charges a flat platform fee. There is no fee tied to a hire and no percentage of anyone's pay, so the price doesn't change with who you hire or what you pay them.
What do workers pay?
Nothing. The core worker profile is free and stays free.
What is the founding employer rate?
The first fifty employers keep Growth at $99 a month for life, half the regular price, as long as the account stays active. Founding employers also get the Founding Employer mark and first look at verified candidates in their trade and metro.
Is Growth a contract?
No. Growth is month to month and you can cancel any time. Scale is billed annually.
What is an introduction request?
When you find a worker you want to talk to, you send an introduction request with your own message. The worker has to accept before any contact information is shared.
